Thank you for shopping with The Uncle Gang™ — the original uncle brand. We want your hat to arrive fast, safe, and ready to wear. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship.


Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
During peak seasons (Father's Day, Christmas, holidays) processing may take up to 5 business days. We'll always email you when your order ships.

Delivery estimates begin after your order has been processed and shipped, not from the date of purchase.


Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard shipping on all orders $70 or more (before taxes and after discounts). Free shipping is automatically applied at checkout — no code needed.


Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order at any time using the link in that email or by visiting our Order Status page.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.


Domestic Shipping (United States)

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states, including Alaska and Hawaii. Shipping times to Alaska and Hawaii may be slightly longer than the estimates above.


International Shipping

We are working on expanding international shipping. At this time, we ship within the United States only. Sign up for our email list to be notified when international shipping becomes available.


Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

The Uncle Gang™ is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after confirmed delivery by the carrier. If your tracking shows "Delivered" but you haven't received your package, we recommend:
1.Checking with neighbors or building management
2.Contacting your local post office or carrier
3.Filing a claim with the carrier directly
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@theunclegang.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We'll make it right.


Address Changes

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at hello@theunclegang.com and we'll do our best to help before it ships.
